THE HAMPTON UNIVERSITY CHAPTER

History: Hampton University is the first and founding chapter of Campus Curlz.,Incorporated. Founded on January 7, 2017 by Nia Wellman and Kiyanna Monroe at Hampton University in Holly Tree Hall. The Hampton University Chapter prides itself in being one of the fastest growing organization on campus with a track record to support it. They've collaborated with community organizations like Good Mojo, Transitions Women's Shelter, they've Adopted a Street to clean on a monthly basis, and mentored at local churches and middle schools.

Achievements: The Hampton University Chapter has completed more than 2,000 community service hours since its founding. The chapter was also awarded the "Rookie of The Year" award by The Greer Dawson Wilson Student Leadership Training Program in 2018.
